You’re not locked in and you can cancel any time. Although it’ll make us very sad, this is how to close your profile:
- Log in to your Vault22 profile on our Android, iOS or Web App (don't use the login link on this page)
- Go to "Settings" (then select 'Security' if you're on Android or iOS)
- Click on "Close your Vault22 profile" and follow the prompts.
Please note that closing your Vault22 profile will permanently delete all your data, including historical transactions and any account customisations. But our door is always open and you can come back any time.
