Why on earth can't ABSA allow online banking users to create another user profile with different login details for a "read-only" user (i.e. one who can't do anything except get updated records on transactions and balances)? They told me that if I create a second user, that user would have all the same permissions as me, including creating beneficiaries and transferring money.
