You aren't able to create your own Spending Groups, but you can create your own categories. Just log into 22seven and go to the Budget tab, then choose the "Manage own categories" option (on our Web App this will be a button, whereas on mobile you'll find this under the Options menu on the Budget screen). Follow the prompts from there to create your own categories :)
You aren't able to create your own spending groups as our spending groups are closely integrated into our nudges at the moment. This is something we're considering changing in future, though. We can't make any promises as it's still a concept at this stage, but please keep an eye out :)
