Thanks for getting in touch regarding the duplicated transactions on your Discovery Credit Card.
This is a known issue and our data team is working hard to solve this. The problem starts with the way the Discovery website displays pending transactions.
For now I would suggest creating a category called Duplicates and recategorising the duplicated transactions as Transfers - Duplicates. This will make it easy for you to spot these and later, when we have finalised the work, easier for us to get these cleared off your profile.
This seems to be happening with my account as well. I have a few duplicate transactions. But it only seems to be an issue on the 22seven app. When I log into my online profile on the 22seven website the duplicate transactions aren't there. Can someone assist?
Sorry about that! Please log out of the app entirely via the Settings menu, then log back in again and those duplicates should be gone. If not, please pop us an email on thesvens@22seven.com from your registered email address and we'll be happy to help out :)
I have several duplicates, both in terms of some income payments as well as some duplicated expenses. Could you help me fix this? I have an irregular income, and this makes it pretty hard to see exactly what's coming in and going out.

This issue crops up every now and again and we do our best to eliminate this, but these duplicate transactions do get the better of us sometimes.
