Momentum Funds at Work - Adding Account

Hi , new and busy adding accounts on 22/7 ...

Momentum Funds at work issue - You require 3 fields . Login onto the website of MF@W only have username and password . You require Username / ID / Pin ?
Where do I get this ?

Also , got FNB share trader ... Cant seem to link , reading here this seems to not be implemented yet , correct ?
