Nedbank accounts not updating

Why is it that when I open my profile, my FNB account updates automatically, but my 2 accounts with Nedbank do not?

  • Thank you - all is now well. Are updating issues usually a problem on the 22seven side or with the individual banks?

    Thanks for confirming that everything is working well your side. What happens is that we log in via the website, so in this particular case Nedbanks website changed therefore we had to make the necessary changes with our data collector in order to make this work. Hope that answers your question.
