Historic transactions

Hi,

First of all: Awesome tool!
Now my question: Regarding historic transactions - for how long back are you going to keep transactions? I love it that I can go back to see transactions of a few months ago.

    Hi Gideon

    Thanks for the question and the feedback. When you link an account for the first time, we collect up to three months worth of transactions. Thereafter, every time you log into your 22seven account, we'll collect the latest ones. Those transactions remain on your 22seven account, so with time, you'll build a comprehensive transactional history. Eventually, you'll have years worth of transactions.

    This has not been my experience. You have lost 9 years of financial data with this latest change.Very disappointed.

    I do not get feedback on my queries like I did in the past. It seems only Bots work there now. I only get a standard automated reply over and over again.

    Very frustrated
