My account seems locked. I am trying to reset my password, but I am not getting the reset email being sent to me. I have tried just about everywhere to reach out for support. What do I do?
I have been having the same issue for weeks and it still has not been resolved. Since 22seven was bought by Old Mutual nothing has worked as it used to which was extremely well back then.

Same thing this side. I sent an email to support about it too and nothing.
Hopefully they read the help centre more than their email inbox?

I resorted to spamming them on social media until one of their staff noticed it and reached out privately to assist.
