As I scroll through my transactions using 22seven, I often end up in the situation where I cannot recall what is this transaction from Woolies (as an example) for R900.. And the fact that I did change the transaction name to 'Veggies, dairy and misc' for more clarity, doesn't help to understand how did I spent R900 on potatos and milk?..
This is when I often think 'If only there was a till slip attached to this transaction...' Than I would have picked up that it was a winter jacket for half the price that I bought on the way out from Woolies...
So, maybe 'potato & milk' is not a good example, but you get the point. How cool would it be to keep track of the budget AND be able to store the slips.
To send the summary of my medical expenditures to SARS, all I do is I search for the relevant transaction in 22Seven, export the .csv file with transactions, AND download all the slips attached to the transactions. Done.
Please add the option of attaching .jpg, .png files to the transactions. THanks!

We recently introduced the ability to add notes to your transactions and this will solve half of your suggestion here.
As a hack (for now), you are able to take a photo of the slip from your phone and add the web link to the photo/image stored on a cloud based storage space like Google Drive to the notes section of the transaction.
Not perfect yet, but we're getting there ;)
Has this feature been introduced yet? I will then definitely start using the 22seven app again instead of what I am using now.

Unfortunately, we haven't introduced this feature, but we are also exploring the possibilities of slip uploading. If we were to add this feature in future we will be sure to make noise about it as it would be a great feature.
This also needs the Split Transactions functionality, which the Android app doesn't seen to support yet.
That way you could add a line for each of the potatos, veggies and milk items that you spent and the transaction would clearly show everything that you purchased in that transaction. That way you could see the combined Total amount that you spend in this transaction and then what each of the specific items that you bought in the transaction would also be visible. Very useful for reporting...

Hi Svens, I can't believe this feature has been on the backlog for more then 4 YEARS. It would be incredibly useful for tax purposes. The additional storage required may be problematic but you could link it to individual's online storage like Onedrive or Google Drive....

We suggest using 22seven's notes feature to achieve this. Simply upload your till slips to an external cloud service like One Drive or Google Drive, then pop the link to the photo in the notes section of the relevant transaction for easy reference in future :)
