Follow these steps:
Web:

Log in to your Vault22 account.

Go to the Accounts tab on the left side of the page.

Select the account you want to delete.

Click Delete Account.

When asked “Do you want to keep the old transactions from this account?”, untick the checkbox if you’d like to remove all past transactions as well.

Confirm by clicking Delete Account.
App:
-
Log in to your Vault22 account.
-
Go to the Accounts tab at the bottom of he screen.
-
Select the account you want to delete.
-
Click Delete/deactivate this account at the bottom of the screen.
-
Select Delete account option.
-
Confirm by clicking Yes.
