How to link accounts to 22seven.

Checklist:
  • Your online banking credentials – the login details for the accounts you’d like to link. These are the same details you use to log in to your bank's website - not their mobile app. Read about our strict security measures here.
  • View-only credentials. If you have accounts with FNB, you can set up view-only versions of them (that let you look but not touch). View the guide here
You can link accounts from most South African financial institutions and see all your money in one place. View a full list of available accounts here
 
Web:
  1. Log in to 22seven and click on Accounts in the navigation bar on the left of the screen.
  2. Click the blue + button at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Select 'Link an account'.
  4. Scroll through the list to find and select the provider you’d like to link.
  5. Then enter the login details you use to log in on that provider’s website (not their mobile app).
  6. Click 'Confirm' to start the linking process.
Android:
  1. Log in to 22seven then tap the icon at the top left to access the navigation menu.
  2. Select the ‘Accounts’ option to view the Accounts page.
  3. Tap on the + button at the bottom right of the screen.
  4. Tap on 'Link an account'.
  5. Scroll through the list or use the search function (magnifying glass) to find and select the provider you’d like to link.
  6. Then enter the login details you use to log in on that provider’s website (not their mobile app).
  7. Tap on 'Next' to start the linking process.
iOS: 
  1. Log in to 22seven then navigate to the Accounts page.
  2. Tap on the blue + button at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Tap on 'Link an account'.
  4. Scroll through the list to find and select the provider you’d like to link.
  5. Then enter the login details you use to log in on that provider’s website (not their mobile app).
  6. Tap 'Link account' to start the linking process.
