If you want to delete an account without losing the transactions, follow these steps:
WEB
- Log in to your Vault22 account.
- Click the “Accounts” tab.
- Click the account and then click on “Delete account”.
- When asked: “Do you want to keep the old transactions and account balances from this account?”, select “Deactivate account”.
APP
- Log in to your Vault22 account.
- Click on the "Accounts" tab.
- Click the account and then click on "Delete/deactivate this account" on the bottom of the screen.
- Select the "Deactivate account" option.
