How do I delete an account so Vault22 no longer gathers information from it, but I can still keep the transaction history?

If you want to delete an account without losing the transactions, follow these steps:

   

      WEB

  • Log in to your Vault22 account.
  • Click the “Accounts” tab.
  • Click the account and then click on “Delete account”.
  • When asked: “Do you want to keep the old transactions and account balances from this account?”, select “Deactivate account”.

       APP

  • Log in to your Vault22 account.
  • Click on the "Accounts" tab.
  • Click the account and then click on "Delete/deactivate this account" on the bottom of the screen.
  • Select the "Deactivate account" option.
