I create custom spending categories, but when I log in a day or so again, the categories are gone and my transactions linked to those new categories and uncategorised. Then I need to go into all those transactions and edit them again. It doesn't happen to all of them and it is random.
Please advise.

Also had the same issue in the last month. Had logged a call to troubleshoot, but what I noticed was that all my transactions that had been categorised with my custom category still had the value.
The solution was to recreate the custom categories with the same name. To do this, I exported all transactions to CSV and then used Excel Magic to find my custom category names and then recreated them back in 22seven. Hopefully it won't happen again.

Sorry about that! We've identified the cause of the problem, which is affecting our Android app. It appears that historical custom categories are being deleted when a new custom category is created on the transaction categorisation screen.
For now, please create/delete custom categories by heading to the Budget screen in 22seven and selecting the "Manage own categories" / "Your own categories" option. Once you create a custom category there, it will be available for selection on the transaction categorisation screen in future and shouldn't cause issues with the custom categories you've already created.
