I've recently opened a transactional and a savings account for my son with FNB, but see that they didn't automatically get added to my 22seven accounts like my new Old Mutual Investment account. I just assumed that you don't yet have the functionality to display linked youth accounts yet... Or am I wrong? It would be great to see and track the savings I'm putting away into my son's accounts from my app.

If these accounts are visible on your FNB dashboard we should be able to pull them. Can you please send us a screenshot of how this account is displayed your FNB dashboard to thesvens@22seven.com and we'll ask our data team to investigate.

Hmm, was this ever solved? While I can see the youth accounts in my primary FNB profile, for the secondary read only profile I use for 22seven, I don't see the ability to add these youth accounts to the secondary profile. It' just shows N/A ... I have 7 accounts which I can't add to 22seven :(
Hi Manish, it was a super easy fix. I just needed to go to 'accounts' in 22seven, select an FNB account, change my account details, and just re-enter my login details to force it to refresh. However I don't use a secondary read-only profile to log in, so I don't know how that might mess with things.

Unfortunately, that appears to be a problem on FNB's side. We suggest getting in touch with them to find out why you aren't able to add those accounts to your secondary profile. Alternatively, feel free to use your regular online banking profile to link those accounts to 22seven :)
