OTP for accounts

I linked multiple accounts yesterday to my budget. Today, to update, the app is asking for an OTP for each account. This is chaos, since we are talking 5 accounts to start off with. I didn't receive any OTP notification from the bank, so I can't update. I am worried that I would have to input multiple OTP 's every day just for updates.

    If you use an OTP to log into your bank account, you'll need to enter it into 22seven before we're able to update your account. There are a few exceptions like Investec, with whom our data partners have a direct data feed, but the general rule of thumb is that if you use an OTP with your bank you'll need to enter your OTP into 22seven.

    We've made some improvements to OTP functionality so that the OTP window specifies which account the OTP we're requesting is for. Our devs are also in the process of upgrading the core technologies we use to update accounts, which should in turn improve the reliability of account updates and the OTP window in general. We're expecting to implement these improvements within the next month or two :)
