This isn't a general issue (the issue originally reported in this thread relates to pending transactions on Nedbank and was resolved back in 2016). However, problems like this may affect individual customers' accounts or service providers on occasion. In those situations, we'll log individual investigations to get down to the root of the issue, where necessary.
I notice you've already been in contact with us via email, so we'll continue to engage with you via that thread :)
