I've been using the service for almost a year now. I noticed when I was consolidating my records for tax season in November that some transactions on my statements don't seem to appear on your system. I therefore had to work with my statement data instead because it was complete.
I'm doing the same thing again now, and I realise that some monthly trasactions are missing for December, January & February (3 WHOLE MONTHS), but it appears for the months before & after. WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING?
I haven't set the account to sync daily, like my other account that I have with you guys (I've never noticed missing trasactions on that account). Could that be the problem?

I'm experiencing the same issue, where my bank statement has more transactions than whats imported into 22seven. Its a real pain trying to identify these transactions and further to that its such a waste of time because I took it for granted that all transactions are in 22seven and I actually went back to the retailer and fought with them telling them that I didn't receive the refund they processed. Subsequent checking against my bank statements showed that they had in fact processed the refund and that it landed in my account.
Can you not count the number of transactions on the bank statement and compare to the number of records imported into 22seven or check the ending account balance on the bank statement and check it against the sum of all transactions imported. This should tell us if there's any missing transactions?
