I've been using the service for almost a year now. I noticed when I was consolidating my records for tax season in November that some transactions on my statements don't seem to appear on your system. I therefore had to work with my statement data instead because it was complete.
I'm doing the same thing again now, and I realise that some monthly trasactions are missing for December, January & February (3 WHOLE MONTHS), but it appears for the months before & after. WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING?
I haven't set the account to sync daily, like my other account that I have with you guys (I've never noticed missing trasactions on that account). Could that be the problem?
