FNB Accounts Not Updating

I have setup a view only FNB profile for use with 22seven and it has not been able to update for the past month or so. There are no T&Cs updates that I have to accept on my primary or view only profiles so that is definitely not the issue - anything else I can try?

    Thanks for getting in touch. I see Puva sent you an email and is trying to find the issue in this case.

    It sounds like you did what you can from your side (checking the view-only account for T&C's) and it's in our hands now. I'll make sure that Puva stays in touch to get your account back up and running again.
