FNB Account wont link

Hi,
I've tried several times to link up my FNB account with no success. I've tried my newly created read only user, and also my primary user. Neither of which work. Any idea what's going on?

    I see you are also having a problem with FNB today. We are aware of the problem and will continue to investigate.

    I will follow-up with all affected customers when we work out from where the problem is orginating.

    For now, please can you try to link it again later in the day? If there is still a problem, we will escalte the issue to our super-genius tech team.

    I'm still having the problem. Unfortunately the error message isn't very useful so there isn't much information I can give you: "Hmm.
    Something went wrong while trying to link your account. Please try again later.".

    I appreciate you looking into this, it's an exceptionally useful tool for my other bank account, and would love to have the "whole picture" by adding both of my accounts.

    Thanks for your lovely feedback ... despite the slight inconvenience some of our customers are experiencing right now :)

    This looks like a deeper issue, so we will try to have new FNB accounts linking again as fast as possible.

    I will let you know when we have made some significant progress.

  • Hi,

    We seem to have isolated the source of the problem and snuffed it out - customers should now be able to link and/or update login credentials for FNB accounts.

    If you still have problems going forward, just let us know.
