HI, I keep on being told I can't link my fnb account, even though I know my username and password are correct.

    Thanks for getting in touch. We are aware that FNB customers are unable to link accounts at the moment.

    We are in process of investigating the issue.

    I will follow-up with you and other affected customers when we ascertain the source of the problem.

    For now, I suggest that you try to link it again in a few hours. Feel free to contact me if the issue still persists later on today.

  • Hi,

    We seem to have isolated the source of the problem and snuffed it out - customers should now be able to link and/or update login credentials for FNB accounts.

    If you still have problems going forward, just let us know.

    No luck, I have deleted the account and tried to link it again, it doesn't work.
