Thanks for getting in touch. We are aware that FNB customers are unable to link accounts at the moment.
We are in process of investigating the issue.
I will follow-up with you and other affected customers when we ascertain the source of the problem.
For now, I suggest that you try to link it again in a few hours. Feel free to contact me if the issue still persists later on today.

We seem to have isolated the source of the problem and snuffed it out - customers should now be able to link and/or update login credentials for FNB accounts.
If you still have problems going forward, just let us know.
