Auto allocating

I will often have the same saipplier for different categories depending on what the purchase is.
Now when I change the suggested category to my actual one I am finding 22seven automaticlly goes and changes previous categopries as well.

Am I doing something wrong or is this how the system is designedd? If so, is there a workaround?

    Thanks for the question. We should only be changing previous categories if the current transaction and all previous ones with the same descriptor are 'uncategorised'. Are you finding that it's happening for transactions assigned to categories other than 'uncategorised'.

    I have the same scenario for Uber. Sometimes I use it for work (which I claim back) and sometimes for personal use. Is there a way to set it up that it auto allocates correctly? Otherwise I need to check it each time.

    Thank you for getting in touch. Uber transactions don't differentiate between their transactions (Uber & UberEats), or what type of trip (work/personal). 22seven will remember their last classification.

  • Hi Garron. Could I perhaps load two cards onto Uber profile. Use one for work expenses and the other for personal? Perhaps that would work?
