I was browsing through my transactions this weekend and I found a discrepancy from a year and a half ago. I was double charged for insurance once month and they had promised to refund me within 30 days, but a quick search showed that they never did, and I had completely forgotten. I also noticed that Discovery forgot to pay a fuel reward in another month. So after following up I've just recovered about R1200 by checking my account. Thanks 22seven
