Investec Accounts not updating

Hi,

Firstly, recently (past 9 days) the transactions have not been updating on my main bank account and I don't get the second OTP for the update of my homeloan account anymore.

Secondly, since starting to use your service I haven't been able to successfully link my vehicle financing account either.

All accounts are Investec.

Help please.

  • Having the same problem here, OTP sms's are not coming through, hence 22seven can't update the data for my investec account as well as others

    We have a direct data feed with Investec, so you shouldn't need to enter an OTP when updating your accounts in 22seven. The only exception is NinetyOne accounts, which were previously under the Investec Asset Management banner.
