I have tried to add SAHL account, and use the correct username and password, but keep on getting the following error message:

"For technical reasons we could not link your account. Please try again."

    Thanks for reporting this. I can't see that account that you tried linking. Can I ask that you try and link it again? Please drop us a mail at thesvens@22seven.com if you're still getting that error and we'll set about the repairs for you.

  • This error is still happening, and it happens on the screen where you add new linked accounts.

    You're right, the error displays on the Link Account pop up. If your login credentials were incorrect, you'd see the error in your Money Hub and not the pop up. I've reported this to our tech team and we're investigating. I'll be in touch as soon as I have news.
