Transactions not updating

Hi Very frustrating trying to sort my credit card account not updating. 3 weeks now and get no feedback. How can I get this sorted ?

    I have multiple accounts not updating. The 'svens' don't even reply to emails any more. Did you ever manage to resolve this?
