My FNB accounts have not updated since June 2024
My accounts haven’t updated in weeks, I’ve checked my password several times and it works in the FNB website and on Ozow but somehow it doesn’t work on 22Seven I’ve sent emails to Svens to no avail Please help

  • I discovered that the second, read-only profile I set up for my 22 Seven account was blocked. I unblocked the account and it works again.

    I had to change my username & pass though.

    Hope this helps someone.

    It looks like we're running into issues when attempting to update FNB accounts. Are data partners are investigating this on priority. Thanks for bearing with us!
