Is anybody else having issues with their FNB home loan account not updating. Mine has stopped since the beginning of the year. I also have a new car loan account since which also isn't showing. 22Seven support have not been able to help me.

Sorry about the lack of feedback on your ticket. I've asked Tukie to pop you a response ASAP. We aren't experiencing any general issues with FNB home loan accounts at the moment.

I have confirmed that the account hasn't changed and is still readable via my online banking login. I have provided that screenshot to Tukie. Below is what I'm seeing on the 22Seven portal. I haven't seen any extra login attempts on my online banking, so it doesn't look like this has been investigated at all yet. The login details are the same as for all the other FNB accounts that do get updated.

Our data partners did look into the issue and let us know our data collector was encountering an error suggesting your user doesn't have permission to view that account.
I can see Tukie's been in touch with you since we last spoke and that you've since responded to her with the screenshots she requested to help us investigate further. However, please make sure that if you're using an FNB read-only profile with 22seven, you log into that profile on the FNB website and check whether all your account info is still visible. If you're using your regular online banking profile credentials with 22seven, then we should be all set to look deeper into the problem with the additional info you've provided :)

I can confirm that the screenshots I provided are from being logged in using the read-only account, and it does show the loan accounts and I can access them too. I have provided screenshots of the accounts overview page, as well as the individual loan accounts. I have again refreshed the login details for FNB via the 22Seven platform to that of the read only FNB account, but the error remains. The error I receive is :
"We couldn't find any loan accounts at the FNB site.
Please choose the highlighted account below to fix the problem."
All other FNB accounts are updated.
