Discovery link only captures credit card

    We are able to link your Discovery Credit Card, Investment or Rewards accounts to 22seven. Unfortunately, we don't support medical aid, insurance and Vitality accounts at the moment. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Feel free to email us at thesvens@22seven.com.

  • Hi there. I am trying to link my discovery accounts.  Your app says I need to go to Discovery (the app/website?) and accept some message that is displayed.  I don't get this message when loging into the Discovery website or app.

    Can you please assist?

  • Hi Ilse,

    At this stage you will need to go to the credit card transaction history on the Discovery website where you will be given directions to use the new authorisation procedure Discovery put in place.

    Once done, you will need to accept this message on your phone every time we try and update (or link) the Discovery accounts in 22seven.
