Luno Linked Account Error - Ethereum

Luno recently added the ability to buy and sell Ethereum.

After successfully linking the account to 22seven, the account balance that comes through to 22seven is incorrect because the ETH/ZAR exchange rate shows as 1.00 on 22seven, instead of the actual value (5088 as at 18-11-2017).

    Hi Niyaaz,

    Thanks so much for getting in touch.

    Luno has not made the exchange rate live on their API yet. So we're not able to set the ZAR value for these accounts. When Luno update their API to include the ZAR ETH exchange rate then we'll be able to update it on our side also.

    Hopefully, Luno will update their API in the very near future.
