Discovery Card transactions not loading - OTP required issue

Hi

Is there any progress regarding this issue:

Discovery have made a change to their website, which now requires you to enter a One Time Pin (or OTP, as they say in the land of Acronymia). So when you try to log in to your Discovery credit card account, either on the Discovery site itself or via 22seven, you’ll automatically get an SMS from them with an OTP.

    Thanks for your patience:)

    We've implemented some changes to accommodate the Discovery OTP request. When you get a chance, can you please log into 22seven and manually update your accounts? You should then notice an OTP window pop up in 22seven, which will allow you to enter the OTP's you receive from Discovery.

    Please let me know how it goes.

  • Yes, same here. Clicking update accounts does not prompt for Discovery OTP anymore. It did about a week ago. (6 days to be exact)

  • The Discovery OTP window does not pop up for me either on the iOS app or on the web page.

  • I still have this issue. My discovery statement is about 14 days old now. 

    When will this be fixed?

  • Hi Gerhard,

    A Discovery workaround was built into our system allowing for the new Discovery push notification sent to your phone (while unlocked) to allow for your accounts to update.

    I see Eric is currently helping you with this via email, so I'll leave you in his capable hands.
