Incorrect positive/negative transaction

Hi , 

A bond payment transaction is reflecting as a positive amount in 22seven in Jul16 and it should be a negative. Hvae checked this against my bank statement. How can this be changed?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to alter any of your transaction data on our side - we can only re-import the transactions.

    However, since this transaction is from July 2016, it is no longer accessible to our data-collectors (as we are generally limited to the previous 3 months' worth of transactions).

    At this stage, the only option I can suggest is to mark this transaction as a Transfer (and perhaps assign it to a category labelled 'Incorrect' or 'Duplicates', so that this transaction is hidden from your totals and Nudge cards.

    I am truly sorry that I cannot offer you a better solution here. If you run into anything like this again, please feel free to let us know immediately. If we are alerted in time, we should be able to resolve such problems like these for you within a couple of days.
