Issue with card transaction refunds

I noticed that when a pay point card transaction failed and the store needs to process the transaction again 22Seven only shows one positive (income) transaction. So the first transaction failed and was reversed with a second transaction processed, but for some reason 22seven only show the refund and none of the other two transactions.
