I am looking for a simple way to view my transactions in a pie chart, as a means to analyze my monthly personal spend, I would also like to do the same with my quarterly business spend.
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll share it with the rest of the team.
In the meantime, I'd suggest referring to your Money Report on our Web App for a retrospective look at your spending over your last full budget month.
For business spend, is your feedback specifically related to the 22seven business website or for the regular 22seven app? If it's for the regular app, please sign up for our business app at this link. Hopefully that suits some of your needs - https://business.22seven.com. If it's for the business app, please let me know so I can share your feedback with our business team :)
The money report looks great but I have no idea which accounts are being reported to me... is it all my accounts? Looking at it, there's too much data, I just need personal spend data.
For the business spend question, it was relating to the regular website - I'll have a look at the business link, thanks.
Your money report will include data from all of the accounts you've linked to 22seven. If you've linked business accounts to your 22seven profile, we suggest either creating a 22seven business profile or opening a second 22seven personal profile so the insights we provide you on your personal spend data don't include unrelated info from your business accounts :)
Your best bet would be to open a second 22seven profile and link your business accounts to it. That will ensure your business and personal spend remains separate.
We're only able to gather up to 3 months of historical transactions when you first link your accounts, as this is the limit most banks will let you view for free. If you're with a supported bank and have older PDF statements on file, you could use our statement important feature to import older transactions (though these will appear on a separate account card in 22seven).
I'm afraid these two features weren't designed to be used in parallel, so there's no workaround for this at this stage. You'd either need to keep both account cards, or remove the statement import account entirely, which will of course remove the older transactions you imported.

Hi Lydon,
Now that 22seven business is over, I'm in the same boat, can you advise?
Hi Yash,
Your best bet would be to open a second 22seven profile and link your business accounts to it. That will ensure your business and personal spend remains separate.
Ok I shall do thanks
Just made a new profile however it's only pulling transactions from April.
How do I get it to import more?

I've imported PDFs however they show up as a new bank account.
I realize you mentioned this but it didn't click for me. How can I resolve this?

Sorry about that!
