SatrixNow not finidng account

I have tried to add my SatrixNow account multiple times with quadruple checking the details and it still tells me my details have been put in incorrectly. Please could you guys look into this.

    Thanks for getting in touch about the Satrix NOW account. This is not currently available and I'm guessing that you are choosing the Satrix icon when trying to link your SatrixNOW account, but they use different websites, therefore different logins.

    The good news is that SatrixNOW will be available very soon, but we don't have a definite ETA for this yet. You can keep an eye on our new service providers Help Center post for updates on this.
