My FNB accounts have not been updating for the last month.

For the last month or so , my FNB accounts have not been updating , the last updated transaction I can view is on the 14th of November.

  • Ok , after reading some of the older questions , I figured out that I have to agree to the new T&C's.

    Working fine now.

    As suggested by another user , it would be nice to send a notification to FNB users alerting them of the issue.

  • I'm having the same issue. Where do you need to go to agree to the new T&C's? Cant seem to find them on the website anywhere?

  • Hi Martin. It turns out that the T&C's are on the FNB internet banking website itself. So if you are using one of the read only accounts for 22seven, then you should login to FNB internet banking with that account. You will then see that the first page is a T&C's page asking you to agree to the new conditions. At least this is what I did and then everything worked again.
