Hi

I am missing all my transaction from March 2014 on all my FNB accounts, and some transactions from Dec 2013 on two of my FNB accounts. Please help! What do I do?

  • I understand that. At the moment all my transaction are updated on 22seven. However i would like to import bank statement to 22seven for the periods I was not subscribed to 22seven.

My example is.. I have transaction from Sep13 to Feb14 and May14-Current on my 22 seven account. For the months of March and April no data was captured as i was not subscribed. Please could there be a way for me to import the statements for the missing months so that I may compare months.

  • Hi Rumaisa

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, there is no way that we can import the transactions for those months manually.

  • Hi Rumaisa

Our intention is to help you do more with the money you have. One of the ways we help you do this is by giving you insight into how you make your money decisions.

Ideally, for this to be most effective, your data must be up to date: the immediacy of the information is what encourages behaviour change. So you should be able to come to 22seven any time and see how you’ve been using your money right up until that point. Uploading statements as CSV files doesn’t enable you to do that because they’re only updated monthly.

In addition, accessing your information should be easy and seamless – if it starts to feel like homework (e.g. uploading files manually) most people simply stop doing it.

That's why we took the decision not too include the functionality to manually import bank statements. The great thing is with time, your transactional history will grow at 22seven :)
