We're having trouble updating all Sanlam accounts at the moment. Our data partners have reached out to the Sanlam team for their assistance and we're waiting for feedback from them. We don't have an ETA at this point, but we're following up with them regularly.
Any feedback regarding this? It stopped updating in November. Toyota Financial Services stopped updating in May. Surly the data partners should have a fix by now or at least a better explanation on why it is broken
There's been significant changes to the Sanlam website. Our data partners are working on a fix in conjunction with the Sanlam team. It took longer than we hoped to get everyone into a discussion together, as some key personnel on Sanlam's side were on leave for the Festive Season, but we should have an ETA on a fix soon.
Our data partners have been working with Sanlam and the vast majority of general issues have now been resolved. There may still be the odd issue here and there for them to iron out, but we're investigating these on a case by case basis, so if your accounts are still giving you trouble please pop us a mail via thesvens@22seven.com and we'll look into it for you :)
