I have been struggling for weeks with login issues. I forgot my password and the password change function is not working. An agent assured me that he/she could reset my password - I must just answer some security questions, which I duly did. This was weeks ago. I have been following up but have received no response. If you are lucky enought to receive the reset password link and click on it, it simply takes you back to the page asking if you would like to reset your password and sends the reset link again, in an endless circle where you never actually get to reset your password. In the meantime, 22seven still accesses my bank accounts - but I cannot log in. Extremely disappointed with the poor service and hope someone can help me resolve a simple password reset issue so I do not have to stop using 22seven.

    It looks like our team popped you a reply via a different channel over the weekend, but just to summarise it here:

    Are you perhaps trying to reset your password on Android? If so, please request a new password reset link. When you receive the email from us, copy and paste it into your mobile browser instead of tapping on it. This will take you to our website where you'll be able to choose a new password. Our devs are currently in the process of working on a fix for tapping on the link on Android, but this should get you sorted in the meantime.
