What is “unit price”, and how is it worked out?

The unit price is the cost of buying a single unit in a unit trust fund.

The unit price is calculated by taking the total value of the unit trust fund (the total value of everything it has invested) and dividing it by the number of units.

Pricing takes place only once each working day (at the end of the day), so the unit price is only available the next working day.
